1. What types of towels does PureTerry offer? Our collection includes:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your towels are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. If your towels arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your towels high-quality and safe? Yes! Our towels are made from OEKO-TEX certified fabrics (free from harmful substances), double-stitched for longevity, and highly absorbent without shedding lint after the first few washes. They’re safe for sensitive skin and built to maintain softness wash after wash.

7. How do I care for my PureTerry towels? Wash in warm or cold water with mild detergent (avoid fabric softener to preserve absorbency). Tumble dry on low heat. For best results, wash new towels separately the first time to remove any excess lint. Avoid bleach. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
